Our Quality Inspection

Rings and Rollers
Raw material and forged pieces take metallurgic analysis.
Heat-treated pieces take hardness test, and drawing samples to metallurgic analysis.
Grinded pieces take strict inspection, such as, roundness, roughness, scrape, scratch and burn, working surface curvature semidiameter inspection of inner ring raceway, outer ring raceway and rollers.
Bearing parts take 100% inspection on appearance and dimensions before assembly.
Finished bearings take final inspection, and samples are drawn out at a rate for final inspection before delivery.
Retainers and Cages
Purchase inspection, that is dimensions measure and appearance inspection.
Main Fittings
By fixed supplier, and take strict purchase contracts and inspection.
