Common Reasons of Bearing Failures

• Improper bearing assembly to make bearings on the same axle eccentric

• Improper clearance selection: excessive clearance would produce higher bearing vibration in motion and insufficient clearance would make higher motion temperature

• Bearing house machined less precisely

• Insufficient lubrication; low quality lubrication

• Environment contamination in the bearing assembly process

• Bearing not demagnetized completely
