• Bearing raw materials: Xingcheng Steel Gcr15 or 100Cr6; premium steel with higher purity

• Sealing materials: Nitrile Butadiene Rubber(NBR); Fluororubber (FPM)

• Sealing structure: one-side sealed, double-side sealed; one-lip, two-lip, and three-lip

• Sealing performance: precisely machined sealing groove and leakage as low as 5%

• Lubrication: type and amount considered upon the specific applications; enable relubrication through the greasing groove and holes on the out ring

• Heat Treatment: salt bath; martensite or bainite hardening; 200℃ tempering; controlled and better microstructure
